About the founder

Today, participants book care by phone and track the rest themselves. Nothing in the market does the work. So I built one.

The numbers are knowable. The rules are knowable. The worker is knowable. The software just has to do its job, quietly. The NDIA portal can't show a participant their projected balance with pending claims separated out, because the adjudication pipeline always has claims in flight. We can. That gap is the entire reason the platform exists.

My background is distributed systems and payments. A decade of making sure money moved on time and reconciled cleanly. The same maths sits in the middle of every NDIS plan, every Aged Care Home Care Package, every DVA entitlement: money that should be knowable, claims that should reconcile, people who should not have to phone an agency to work out what is left.

We start with plan-manager-partnered NDIS because that is where the pain is most measurable and the people who handle it daily are the ones who know what calm software looks like. Aged Care and DVA follow because the underlying shape is the same. Different rules, same maths, same audience: a family that wants to know what is left and what comes next without being patronised.
